Service and Maintenance Agreements are provided as needed or requested.  The Service Agreement is essentially an insurance policy that covers only labor to repair or replace existing computer hardware in the event of failure.  We will only offer a Service agreement after inspection of your existing network to determine that there are no pre-existing problems.  The Maintenance Agreement includes labor to maintain, replace, repair or even add hardware and/or software to your existing computer network. Both agreements only cover labor costs and do not include hardware or software.
